“Have a Happy Period!” said no one ever before Happy Period was founded. I created the charity in 2015 to reshape the outlook on menstruation, and to provide period products to those in need. Since then we’ve grown to over 18 cities across the United States, providing menstrual health workshops, and period care kits to those in need through shelters. The advocacy doesn’t stop there, in 2019, we introduced the first PPE (period protection equipment) machine to increase access. My goal is to end period poverty and the stigma placed on menstruation. I help brands and non-profits create safe spaces to learn and experience periods. I curate displays, events, and exhibits surrounding menstrual awareness and wellness.
